From NYC and points southwest, take Route 15 North to Route 9 North to I84 east to exit 43 Park Road or I-91 north to I-84 west to exit 43 Park Road.

From Danbury, CT and points west, take I-84 east to exit 43 Park Road.

From Boston and points east, take I-90 west to exit 9 to I-84 west. Take I-84 west to exit 43 Park Road.

From the shore and points southeast, take Route 2 to I-84 west to exit 43 Park Road.

From Bradley International Airport and points north, take I-91 south to I-84 west to exit 43 Park Road.

From the Park Road exit, turn right at the traffic light at the end of the ramp onto Park Road, then take an immediate left at the next light onto Trout Brook Drive. At fifth light, turn right onto Asylum Avenue, then take the first left onto Saint Joseph College campus.

Atheneum:
From Springfield, MA and points north, or New Haven and points south:
Take I-91 to Capitol Area Exit 29A. Take the second exit from the ramp, marked Prospect Street. Turn right onto Prospect. The back of the museum is on the left, one block up.
From New York state and points west:
Take I-84 eastbound to Capitol Avenue Exit 48B. Turn left on Capitol Avenue, and when it ends, turn left on Main Street. The museum is on the right, two blocks up.
From Boston and points east:
Take I-84 westbound to Downtown Hartford Exit 54 (left exit). Immediately after crossing the Founder Bridge, turn left on Columbus Blvd. Turn right on Arch St., the right on Prospect Street. The back of the museum is on the left, one block up.
From Route 4 and northwestern Connecticut:
Follow Route 4 (Farmington Avenue) until it joins Asylum Street in Hartford. Follow Asylum as far as you can, then bear right on Ford Street (by Bushnell Park). Go one block and turn left on Pearl Street. Go four blocks and turn right on Main Street. The museum is on the left, one block up.
From Route 2 and southeastern Connecticut:
Take the Downtown Hartford Exit 54. Follow directions from I-84 westbound.

Jewish Community Center:
From I-84:
East: To exit 44 (Prospect Avenue). Past sign on ramp to light (Prospect Avenue). Turn left onto Prospect Avenue.
West: To exit 44 (Prospect Avenue). Turn right at light at end of ramp. Go 1/2 block to next light (Prospect Avenue) and turn left.
Follow north to end of Prospect Avenue. Turn right at light onto Albany Avenue (Rte. 44). Go one block in left lane to light. Turn left onto Bloomfeld Avenue (Rte. 189 North). Pass University of Hartford on right. Stay in right lane and pass through double lights (Rte. 185). Go approximately 1/8 mile; you will see a large Holocaust Memorial and the Greater Hartford Jewish Community Center on the left. Turn left at the light (Abrahms Boulevard). Take frst left into the JCC driveway and parking lot.
From I-91:
North: To exit 35-B (Rte. 218 – Windsor Bloomfeld). Turn left at end of exit.
South: To exit 35-B (Rte. 218 – Windsor-Bloomfeld). Turn right at end of exit.
Follow 218 west 4 1/2 miles to Rte. 189 south. Take a left. Follow to 3rd light and turn right onto Abrahms Boulevard. Turn left at stop sign into driveway.
